is my order shipped?
Free Priority shipping within the USA, orders are shipped
using the US Postal service "priority service",
free of charge to you (Click
Here to see Excluded items). Estimated delivery
times as published by the United States Postal Service
(USPS) are 2 to 3 business days, however it is not guaranteed.
This is the time it takes to ship the package once the
post office receives it. Your package is sent to the
post office within one business day from receiving your
paid order.
For example, if you place your order on Monday,
your package will ship by Tuesday and will arrive
on Thursday or Friday. If you place your order on
Friday, it will ship by Monday and arrive on Wednesday
or Thursday.
Delivery confirmation and Signature confirmation
are available at an additional charge. You must select
these options when placing your order.
When shipping via the USPS priority mail we are unable
to guarantee delivery on a specific day.
We would be happy to add a notation on the front of
shipping tube below the recipients address that says
"Do not open until (certain date)", or "Open
on (certain date)". To use this option when checking
out you are able to add a note under each product you
ordered, please indicate a brief notation (Know More
Than 5 Words) please.

I have my order sent Rush Delivery?
Yes, we can ship your order rush delivery via Express,
this method of shipping is very costly and we only recommend
when it is absolutely necessary. You will receive your
order in approximately 1 - 2 business days after the
item has been picked up by the shipper from our warehouse.
Express delivery is about half the amount of delivery
time of standard USPS.
