Do I have to pay sales tax?

If you are a resident of the State of Arizona sales tax will be added to the price of your order. We are required to collect it on behalf of Arizona, this money is then sent on to the Arizona Department of Revenue.

Do you have any additional fees for a returned check?

YES!! It is very costly to us if you write a bad check. There is an additional $35.00 charge to you if your check does not clear your Bank for any Reason.

How is my order shipped?

Free Priority shipping within the USA, orders are shipped using the US Postal service "priority service", free of charge to you (Click Here to see Excluded items). Estimated delivery times as published by the United States Postal Service (USPS) are 2 to 3 business days, however it is not guaranteed. This is the time it takes to ship the package once the post office receives it. Your package is sent to the post office within one business day from receiving your paid order.

For example, if you place your order on Monday, your package will ship by Tuesday and will arrive on Thursday or Friday. If you place your order on Friday, it will ship by Monday and arrive on Wednesday or Thursday.

Delivery confirmation and Signature confirmation are available at an additional charge. You must select these options when placing your order.

When shipping via the USPS priority mail we are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific day.

We would be happy to add a notation on the front of shipping tube below the recipients address that says "Do not open until (certain date)", or "Open on (certain date)". To use this option when checking out you are able to add a note under each product you ordered, please indicate a brief notation (Know More Than 5 Words) please.

Can I have my order sent Rush Delivery?

Yes, we can ship your order rush delivery via Express, this method of shipping is very costly and we only recommend when it is absolutely necessary. You will receive your order in approximately 1 - 2 business days after the item has been picked up by the shipper from our warehouse. Express delivery is about half the amount of delivery time of standard USPS.

What if an item is discontinued and I have already ordered it?

Within 24 hours after you Submit an order (Holidays and Weekends excluded) we will send conformation of your Order to the email address you entered above. If you order an item that is discontinued, we will offer you the choice of choosing another product of the same price or you can cancel your order.

Can I personalize the Message in a Bottle?

YES, you can compose your own personalized greeting for the scroll. We have provided an area for you to compose your own personalized greeting for each Message Bottle. You can order as many Message in a Bottle with each one having a completely different message printed on the scroll and on the Check Out section you will be able to provide us with different mailing address for each Message in a Bottle

When composing your message for the scroll please don't exceed 800 characters and include a To and From on the message. By including the To and From on your message that allows the person receiving your order to realize the Message Bottle is for them and who it is from

NO, we pay the postage on your Message in a Bottle for orders mailed within the USA via United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.), excluding Volume and Wholesale orders. Why High and Slow Menu Speeds?

Here at amessagebottle.com we have a solution for slow loading Internet connections. Just click into our slow speed connection drop down menu at the top of the page by our logo, there are two drop down menu's indicating Slow and High speed. The Slow speed drop down is designed to accommodate dial up, air cards and any connection that runs at a considerably slower speed. Our Slow speed menu allows you to shop our products in text format. Once you find a Message in a Bottle that sounds interesting click on the product name and you will be able to view each product. Each selection will be displayed individually cutting down on load time significantly.

Our High speed drop down menu allows you to view as many as 10 products with High resolution pictures and individual order forms for each product.
